We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily administrative operations across various departments, ensuring smooth office functions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing multi-line phone systems. Organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.
Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace applications
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient office operations
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with office equipment and software applications
- Part-time or full-time status available .
