Seeking Red Seal Journeyman Steamfitter-Pipefitter to join us for projects in Alberta, British Columbia, and New Brunswick.
We travel all around Canada working at different Oil and Gas facilities. We work at heights between 60 to 400 feet in the air on balconies, crane baskets and elevated man baskets. We rig, weld, cut, bolt and install various different mechanical components from the air with Quality and Precision. We maintain, repair and build new Flare and Incinerator stacks for a living. And we do this all with a Great Team that wants to Go Home Safe Everyday.

Wages / Hours
We want to offer competitive wages to draw in the best talent to join our team with wages ranging from $48 - $58 / Regular Time Hour depending on skill level and what you bring to our team.
R2 Provides
- Accommodations (camp or hotel) for all field jobs
- Subsistence for non-camp field jobs
- PPE and Specialized PPE where required
- R2 does not supply CSA steel toed boots (6" and laced)
Overtime Pay
- Over Time (1.5x) when working greater than 8 Hrs
- Double Time (2.0x) when working greater than 10 Hrs
- Double Time (2.0x) when working on weekends or stat holidays
- Travel Time is always Regular Time
Nightshift Pay Premium
- Regular time +$4/HR
- Over Time +$6/HR
- Double Time +$8/HR

Skills and Qualifications We Are Seeking
- Able and comfortable with working at heights from 60 to 400 feet in the air
- Can read, comprehend and install piping systems using isometrics and P&IDs
- Proficient use and knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Proficient knowledge in rigging and practices
- Ability to work long durations away from home
- Able and comfortable being on the road traveling around Canada
- Willing to learn and follow direction as well as be a Team Player
- Good verbal communication skills - listening and speaking
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
- Physically fit and able to work
- A safety-conscious attitude
- Good hearing, eyesight, and vision
Job Types: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $48.00-$58.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 70 per week
