Renyx Group Inc. is an established renovation and construction company seeking skilled subcontractors for ongoing residential and commercial renovation projects across the GTA.
Compensation:
- $25 – $35/hr based on performance, experience and skills
- Flexible schedule with long-term project opportunities
Scope of Work:
Subcontractors must be capable of managing full renovation projects, including:
- Bathroom & kitchen renovations
- Flooring (vinyl, tile, hardwood, laminate)
- Painting & finishing
- Drywall installation & repair
- Framing and basic carpentry
- General construction and renovations
- Ensuring quality control and high workmanship standards
Requirements
- Registered subcontractor / business with WSIB clearance (mandatory)
- Commercial Liability Insurance (mandatory)
- Own tools and equipment
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Minimum 3years of renovation experience
- Strong attention to quality, deadlines, and safety
- Willingness and ability to travel to different job sites across the GTA
