We’re looking for a highly creative and strategic Brand & Creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for a fast-growing brand in the hospitality industry:
- Matcha Haus - a premium lifestyle café brand focused on elevated matcha experiences
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong creative instincts with strategic marketing thinking. You should understand internet culture, branding, content creation, social media trends, and how to build brands that feel culturally relevant while also driving measurable business growth.
You’ll work directly with founders and play a key role in shaping the voice, visual direction, campaigns, and future growth of both brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy and overall creative direction
- Manage and grow social media platforms across both brands
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish content
- Stay ahead of social media trends and platform changes
- Develop campaign concepts, launches, activations, and partnerships
- Build content calendars and oversee posting cadence
- Coordinate with photographers, creators, designers, and agencies
- Create high-performing paid and organic marketing campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Support product launches, events, collaborations, and retail activations
- Contribute ideas that push both brands forward culturally and creatively
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in marketing, branding, or social media
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with established or recognizable brands
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual identity
- Skilled in short-form content creation and editing
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social trends
- Strong creative eye and taste level
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Photography/video editing skills are a major asset
Bonus
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or tech
- Paid ads experience
- Experience growing founder-led brands
- Motion graphics/design experience
Compensation: CAD $70k-$85K depending on experience
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
