WellCare Insurance is looking for a motivated, RIBO-licensed Insurance Sales Producer who is hungry to grow, close business, and build long-term client relationships.
This role is for someone who enjoys selling, following up on leads, building a pipeline, and converting opportunities into business. If you are driven, confident, and want to grow your income in a commission-based role, we want to hear from you.
Generate new business and close sales
Follow up on leads quickly and consistently
Recommend the right Home, Auto, Business, and Travel Insurance solutions
Build strong client relationships
Cross-sell and up-sell where appropriate
Work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Active RIBO license required
Strong sales mindset and motivation to earn
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, proactive, and strong with follow-up
Comfortable in a commission-driven role
Insurance sales experience is a strong asset
OTL licensed candidates are also encouraged to apply
