We are looking for an experienced Preschool Room Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the preschool age program, including supervising staff, planning activities, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in their care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a commitment to providing quality care, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children.
- Plan and deliver activities that are appropriate to the age and development of the children.
- Encourage children to develop independence, self-confidence, and self-esteem.
- Develop positive relationships with parents and caregivers.
- Ensure that the program is compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Provide guidance to staff on how to work with children in a nurturing and supportive way.
- Maintain records of children's development and progress.
- Ensure all licensing regulations are implemented and followed.
