Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business Analyst - Coupa to join their team. As a Business Analyst - Coupa, you will be part of the finance department supporting automation and invoice processing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Business Analyst - Coupa
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every 4th Friday in-office)
What's the Job?
- Plan, execute, control, and close out projects related to automation and invoice processing systems.
- Collaborate with business partners to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, and change requests.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Analyze project risks and issues, recommend mitigation strategies, and support decision-making processes.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project management within financial services or similar sectors.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying detailed information clearly and effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint, and Coupa experience.
