Trees Cafe & Bakery (Whiskey Creek) is very excited with the addition of a new kitchen that will allow us to expand both service and menu. We are making the switch from counter service to full-service, and need an experienced server to lead the team into, through, and beyond this transition. We will have a small menu for breakfast and a medium menu for lunch, closing at 6 pm daily. Full service includes 2 patios and a liquor license
We are looking for someone who can lead the team in two ways.
1. Be a positive role model. We are looking for someone that the team can emulate. Someone that oozes kindness and hospitality. This is a serving position with management responsibilities, so you can make great tips and lead by example all at the same time
2. Bring your experience. This will be a change for existing and new team members alike. Coming with a solid idea of how to organize a team will go a long way to a smooth start
The ideal candidate will have some sort of experience in multiple categories. Preferably including some combination of:
Team leading experience
Retail sales experience
Barista experience
Dining room service experience
Baking experience
