This individual understands attention to detail and successfully leads and motivates a small team daily. Working in the field with their crew, your team is responsible for roles such as garden improvements, new plant installations, maintenance, lawn renovation (sodding and seeding), and other small landscaping projects.
This individual need not be experienced but should be comfortable with communication with our clients on a regular basis in the field, have comfort in working with power equipment, love the outdoors and physically be up to the challenges associated with the landscaping. Applicants MUST be licensed and expect a driving abstract review. experience in driving a truck/trailer combination is expected.
Hours – typically 40 per week, Monday through Friday. However, during peak times a willingness to work hours beyond the norm will be required. No Sundays but there will be the occasional Saturday. We also offer bonus opportunities.
Hourly Compensation rate of $24-26 pending qualifications.
