Job description:HUB – Home Services is hiring skilled and dependable Property Maintenance Workers to support residential property upkeep across Lethbridge. If you’re hands‑on, experienced, and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- General home repairs and maintenance
- Minor carpentry, painting, and drywall patching
- Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
- Yard and exterior upkeep
- Seasonal tasks (snow removal, lawn care, etc.)
- Responding to maintenance requests promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Experience in property maintenance, construction, or skilled trades
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use standard tools and equipment
- Preferably have your own vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry materials as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated
