Carpenter/ Handyman
J&H Builders Warehouse, is a Saskatoon based family owned and operated business. We have been building quality, affordable homes since 1969, and are currently searching for a motivated individual who can take on a variety of tasks necessary to help build a ready to move home and work in retail installs.
Responsibilities:
- Residential Interior & Exterior renovations.
- Complete demolition of bathrooms, kitchens, decks, fences, etc.
- Minor repairs and warranty work.
-Working directly with Subcontractors, site supervisors, and Customers.
-Some basic framing, Roofing, Siding, Insulation, Drywall, Wall repairs, painting
Requirements:
-"Can do" attitude - Valid Drivers Licence and recent drivers abstract.
-Prefer you to use your own vehicle but will be paid for mileage
-Good at troubleshooting.
-Carpentry Handyman skills, Use of basic hand tools
-Construction experience is a Must -Forklift license an asset, but we will train
-Must have own tools.
-Work under pressure of deadlines
-Ability to multi task -Being a team player
-Take direction from site supervisor -Work Related References required
-Must be able to work alone unsupervised.
