Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently, and a strong understanding of food handling and hospitality protocols. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements
- Able to speak Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy service hours.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
