Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing excellent food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient operations and friendly interactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards in all food preparation and serving areas.
- Assist with food handling, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness to meet health regulations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed accurately during transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with sanitation standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with food preparation, cashiering, and food safety protocols is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and performing simple calculations.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
