Hospitality Manager – Next Round Social
Next Round Social, (Formally Partners Billiards & Bowling) is looking for an energetic and experienced Hospitality Manager to help lead daily operations in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Next Round Social is North Bay’s newest entertainment destination featuring pool leagues, bowling, tournaments, nightlife, food service, and community events. We are building a high-energy, team-focused environment where guest experience comes first.
Responsibilities
- Support and motivate staff during busy service periods and events
- Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality standards
- Oversee, inventory, cash handling, and operational procedures
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and Smart Serve standards
- Assist, training, and team development
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Must currently reside in Canada

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
