Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic services to enhance clients’ health and well-being through skilled massage therapy and acupuncture treatments. Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, utilizing various techniques to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall health.
- Administer acupuncture treatments following established protocols and best practices.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness strategies.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment at all times.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care when necessary.
- Uphold all licensing, certification, and professional standards required by regulatory bodies.
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist in Good standing position.
- Good communication, taking informed consent appropriately
- Prior experience providing massage therapy and acupuncture treatments preferred but not required; training opportunities available for new graduates.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to therapeutic practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathetic communication, to build trust and rapport with clients.
