Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Injection Moulder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce precise plastic parts according to specifications.
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery using hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge.
- Perform quality inspections using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area, adhering to lean manufacturing principles.
- Assist with machine changeovers, maintenance, and minor repairs as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), to ensure optimal operation.
- Support warehouse functions such as material handling with forklift operation when necessary.
- Follow standard operating procedures for assembly and quality assurance processes.
- Document production data accurately and report any issues or deviations promptly.
Skills
- Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and CNC machinery.
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and machining processes such as CNC lathe operations.
- Experience with hand tools, calipers, and basic math skills for precise measurements.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to machining, assembly, and equipment troubleshooting.

Pay: $32.40-$33.50 per hour
