Full-Time Retail Sales Associate & Tea Room Assistant
Location: The Shining Waters Craft Shop / Tea Room, Park Corner PE
Contract Length: June through Mid-October
Hours: Full-Time
Position Overview:
In this role, you will provide friendly customer service in the retail shop while also assisting in our tearoom to help assemble cold lunches for motor coach tour guests. This position requires a balance of sales skills and culinary duties, making it perfect for someone who is personable, organized, and enjoys variety in their workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Sales: Greet customers, assist with product selection, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Process transactions and manage inventory.
- Tea Room: Help prepare and pack cold lunches for motor coach tours, ensuring dietary restrictions and group sizes are met.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Experience in food preparation preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
