Program, set up, and operate robotic welding systems (FANUC, ABB, Motoman, or similar)
Troubleshoot robotic weld defects, alarms, and downtime issues in a fast-paced automotive environment
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on robotic welding cells, tooling, and fixtures
Ensure weld quality meets automotive standards (OEM specifications, TS/IATF requirements)
Optimize weld parameters, cycle times, and robot paths for maximum efficiency
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and welding symbols
Support production teams in resolving technical issues and minimizing downtime
Maintain documentation for maintenance, repairs, and process improvements
Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements
