Automotive Service Advisor

As the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding service experience from start to finish. No previous automotive experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate.
Position Overview
The Automotive Service Advisor is responsible for:
- Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle concerns
- Accurately documenting service and repair needs
- Communicating repair recommendations and timelines
- Preparing estimates and invoices
- Coordinating with technicians and parts suppliers
- Ordering parts and tracking repair progress
- Processing warranty claims
- Promoting shop specials, maintenance services, and roadside assistance programs
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
