```Duties```
-manage production staff to meet schedule commitments/timelines
-train and develop skillset of existing/new production staff
- Assemble and fabricate cabinets according to blueprints and specifications
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials for cabinet construction
- Install hardware, such as hinges, handles, and drawer slides
- Ensure cabinets are level, plumb, and properly aligned
- Sand and finish cabinets to achieve a smooth and polished appearance
- Inspect finished cabinets for quality and accuracy
```Qualifications```
-experience in leadership as a lead hand or shop foreman an asset
- 8 years min. proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, equipment, and techniques
- Ability to use electrical tools safely and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements and assembly
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during cabinet construction
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills to collaborate with clients, designers, and other team members
