We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Associate to join our client's growing team in Kanata. As a key member of the overnight shift, you'll play a vital role in driving success and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb throughout your shift
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable using computers to manage inventory records, including transactions and data entry
- Ability to write and respond to emails and queries from other departments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Commitment to following all health and safety protocols as dictated by the company and government agencies
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations, including packaging, labeling, stacking, and organizing pallets and bulk items
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed
- Report any damaged or missing inventory to management promptly
- Process material kits by gathering inventory, verifying accurate counts, and delivering required inventory to production areas
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date through cycle counts, transactions, and MRB processes
- Operate machinery such as scales, counting machines, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by removing debris and safety hazards from aisles
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals

The starting wage for this position is $20.90 per hour, consisting of a base rate of $19.00 per hour plus a 10% afternoon shift premium.
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 3:00pm to 11:30pm
