Job Responsibilities:
· Understanding and performing the responsibility of a Customer Service Representative, Food Services, Technical Maintenance, Events/Marketing and all roles of the store.
· Understanding technical aspects of the store machinery.
· Direct and motivates the store team to provide exceptional service and ensure the store is impeccably maintained.
· Maximize team productivity, ensure compliance and consistent execution of company standards.
· Assist in the development of the team through feedback, coaching and training, developing and executing store standards and policies to the team.
· Develop proficiency in all operational policies and procedures.
· Manage time and prioritize tasks and resolve any issues in stores.
· Communicate results and identify business needs.
· Communicate with team during meetings of information to help them provide great service and achieve goals.
· Recognize problems, analyze causes, and generate alternatives and solutions for team to understand and handle escalated issues.
· Understand and comply with all company policy, procedures and operations.
· Receiving and processing shipments and transfers.
· Inventory management of all supplies in stores.
· Assist to ensure store has all necessary tools (i.e. supplies, resources, binders, posters, etc.) and knowledge of how to use them adequately.
· Maintain the highest level of security and safety awareness within the store
· Store opening and closing.
· Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and able to stand for long periods of time.
· Work with store management to source the best talent through networking and recruitment, interviewing, hiring and orientation process.
· Create energy, excitement and recognition around team and individual accomplishment and successes.
· Participate and assists the Manager in management meetings as required.
· All aspects to Scheduling, adapt to the needs of the position, undertaking morning/night shifts, weekends and holidays.
· Keep management informed of all issues.
· Maintain store organization and perform cleaning duties along with the team.
· Performing any other duties as assigned by management.

· 2+ years of customer service experience in service retail.
· A good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals.

· Passionate about children’s playground and thrive in a fast paced environment.
· Determined to effectively lead and inspire others to learn and grow through coaching and mentoring.
· Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
· Able to maneuver around the store and office and can lift up to 50 pounds. Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
· Ability to travel as required.
· Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred.
· Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
