Responsibilities
Develop compelling graphics and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Produce, edit, and manage engaging social media content, including short-form videos using CapCut, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.
- Handle marketing administrative duties including campaign scheduling, project tracking, documentation, and invoicing coordination with accounting departments.
- Perform detailed market and food trend research; generate analytical reports to guide business strategies and support product R&D with culinary and innovation teams.
- Maintain the content and assets library to ensure all files are organized and accessible.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and creative teams for marketing-business alignment.
- Show elevated passion and motivation for the assigned brand with a focus on increasing sales and expansion.
- Coordinate strategy management with teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and media to enhance brand recognition.
- Stay current with digital technology trends and propose new engagement ideas.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of national and regional marketing communications programs.
- Ensure consistent restaurant image, appearance, and retail merchandising standards.
- Maintain franchise compliance regarding dealings with franchisees, suppliers, and manufacturers per Franchise Agreement.
- Produce regular marketing reports on franchise and company-operated units’ activities and standards.
- Ensure proper use of logos, trademarks, colors, and registration in all marketing and advertising.
- Assist in coordinating pre-opening and opening marketing activities for new units.
- Assist franchisees with development and execution of Local Store Marketing (LSM) plans, including community involvement and local initiatives.
- Review and implement local store marketing and promotions across all units.
- Create routine email blasts and manage delivery to lead databases.
- Design and implement all public-facing marketing materials for seasonal promotions, limited-time offers (LTOs), and charity collaborations.
- Provide management with advertising creative recommendations, competitive research, consumer and product insights, and campaign reporting.
- Engage in social marketing, including program development and influencer collaboration.
- Ensure proper distribution of marketing materials and accurate invoicing per location.
- Manage supplier, printer, and media relations to optimize costs.
- Assist in executing social media strategies through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience targeting.
- Assist in generating, editing, publishing, and share daily content that fosters community engagement.
- Assist in monitoring and optimizing social media accounts across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Yelp, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Enforce social media policies and create editorial calendars with allocated budgets to maximize engagement.
- Capture and analyze social data, generate reports for leadership, and execute new strategies.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and brand awareness.
- Assist accounting with invoices, budgets, and financial reconciliations.
- Maintain ongoing professional development in relevant marketing and hospitality fields.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
