Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Duties
1. Routine Daily Cleaning Floors: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all hard surfaces and carpets. Trash and Recycling: Emptying all waste bins and replacing trash liners. High-Touch Disinfection: Wiping down door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, and handrails to prevent the spread of germs. Surface Dusting: Dusting desks, shelves, windowsills, and other easily accessible surfaces.
2. Restroom & Breakroom Sanitation Restrooms: Scrubbing toilets, urinals, sinks, and mirrors. Moping floors with heavy-duty disinfectants and refilling toiletries like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Kitchenettes and Breakrooms: Wiping down countertops and tables, cleaning appliance exteriors, and sometimes clearing out or wiping down refrigerators.
3. Deep Cleaning & Facility Management Glass & Windows: Cleaning interior glass partitions, mirrors, and ground-level windows.
