Job Overview
We are seeking a confident, passionate and customer-focused Part-Time Bridal Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will assist brides and their families in selecting the perfect wedding gown, accessories, and related products. Your expertise in product knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure a memorable shopping experience for our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about giving the ultimate bridal experience to every single bride.
Schedule Availability (Tuesday-Saturday)
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized bridal consultations to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist clients with selecting wedding dresses, accessories, and related products through detailed product demos and one-on-one fittings
- Upsell additional items such as veils, jewelry, and shoes to enhance the bridal experience
- Maintain organized displays and ensure merchandise is well-stocked, properly labeled, and visually appealing (merchandising)
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, handle cash handling accurately, and process payments efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering styling advice, and ensuring a positive shopping environment
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple clients during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Utilize strong communication skills and phone etiquette when interacting with clients over the phone or in person
- Support the team with basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, technical sales, or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures is a plus
- Experience with product demos or merchandising enhances your ability to engage customers effectively
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role
