FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL OR ASSISTANT
Pay: CA$60,000.00--CA$90,000.00 per year

Martin Estate and Injury Law is hiring an experienced paralegal or legal assistant in the field of family law to join our expanding team. Experience specifically in family law is required.
This full-time position can be solely in-office or hybrid. You can choose between our Lake Country branch office or our Vernon head office.
Our family law team takes a positive and constructive approach to finding solutions for our clients while reducing conflict within the family. We look for cost-effective solutions and timely outcomes outside of Court wherever possible with respect for relationships and protection for the well-being of children. Our focus is quality rather than quantity and our files are primarily in Supreme Court, with occasional Provincial Court work. The firm does not handle legal aid files.
The firm is paperless with the latest software and technology. Our family law department is well supported with precedents, team meetings, mentors, and education to stay current and to grow. Compensation is:
1) Pay between $60,000 and $90,000 depending on experience;
2) Four weeks of paid holidays;
