Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Customer Order Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, processing orders accurately, coordinating information with internal departments, and maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails
- Process and enter customer orders accurately
- Communicate order details with production and delivery teams
- Follow up with customers regarding order status
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain organized records of customer orders and communications
- Support general office and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Previous customer service or office experience is an asset
