Job Summary
We are seeking a recent graduate, motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in clinical research processes, data management, and medical procedures within a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will support ongoing research studies, assist with data collection, and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge through diligent work and a strong interest in clinical sciences.
Duties
- Assist with the collection, organization, and management of clinical research data
- Support research team in preparing study materials and documentation
- Conduct basic patient interactions, including phlebotomy procedures under supervision
- Maintain accurate records of medical information using proper medical terminology
- Help ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Support data analysis activities by organizing datasets and preparing reports
- Supervise and coordinate with other interns or staff as needed during research activities
- Be capable as a Study Manager and back up Site manager
- Have skills working with AI Agents
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance understanding of clinical research methodologies
Qualifications
- Recent graduate of Nursing, BSc, or related healthcare programs
- Prior experience or coursework in research, data management, or analysis is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic phlebotomy skills is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle data collection accurately and efficiently
- Strong analysis skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Supervising experience or leadership roles are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in clinical research
