Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production & Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and production processes. This role is vital in ensuring efficient inventory management, seamless warehouse distribution, and optimized supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, oversee logistics functions, and foster a safety-first environment to support our company's growth and operational excellence.
Duties :
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, picking & packing, and materials handling to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Oversee inventory control procedures
- Manage procurement and sourcing activities related to materials and supplies, ensuring cost-effective purchasing aligned with demand planning.
- Implement process improvements utilizing supply chain analytics and data analysis skills to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and food quality standards.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations with familiarity in transportation management systems
- Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and category management principles.
- Hands-on experience with forklift operation, materials handling equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret logistics metrics and supply chain analytics for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a safety-conscious environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in shipping & receiving processes, order picking & packing, and dispatching.
