RCCG The Eagles Ark is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Technology, AI, and Digital Innovation Team through the Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) program. Successful candidates will gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful technology initiatives that support ministry operations and community impact.
Position Summary
The Digital Communications & Project Support Assistant provides administrative, documentation, and communication support for technology and innovation projects
Responsibilities
Depending on your assigned team, you may:
- Coordinate project activities, meetings, and schedules.
- Document business processes and recommend workflow improvements.
- Assist with implementing workflow automation initiatives.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, reports, and presentations.
- Support digital communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables.
- Maintain organized project documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Support adoption of Microsoft 365 and approved digital productivity tools.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Eligible under the Canada Summer Jobs program.
- Education, training, or experience in Business Administration, Communications, Office Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft 365; familiarity with workflow automation tools is an asset.
- Interest in business process improvement and digital transformation.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working in a faith-based environment and supporting activities that align with the values and mission of RCCG The Eagles Ark.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
