Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive retail management experience, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves managing staff, optimizing sales strategies, and maintaining a well-organized store environment to achieve business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, pricing strategies, and POS transactions.
- Manage payroll processing, budgeting, and bookkeeping activities to maintain financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate policies, set goals, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain organized store layouts, pricing accuracy, and proper stock levels through effective purchasing and merchandising practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations while promoting a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms; Arabic & English
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll processing.
- Experience in sales management, marketing strategies, pricing policies, and customer service excellence.
- Able to work long hours. Open and or Close. Work all weekends and holidays.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
