We're looking for more than a licensed electrician—we're looking for someone to help build our electrical division.

About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for electrical installations across residential, commercial, and multi-unit construction projects.
You'll perform rough-in and finish electrical work, service upgrades, troubleshooting, and electrical system installations while coordinating closely with project managers, site supervisors, homeowners, clients, and other trades.
As our company continues to grow, you'll also have the opportunity to mentor apprentices and help develop our in-house electrical division.
No two projects are exactly the same. You'll work on custom homes, luxury renovations, commercial fit-outs, tenant improvements, multi-unit developments, and design-build construction projects.
What You'll Be DoingElectrical Construction
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Complete rough-in and finish electrical work for new construction, renovations, additions, and tenant improvements.
- Install electrical services, panels, branch circuits, lighting, switches, receptacles, and specialty electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate electrical work with framing, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, cabinetry, and finishing trades.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all work complies with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and ESA requirements.
- Prepare projects for ESA inspections.
- Verify quality before inspections and project completion.
- Maintain organized project documentation.
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact project schedules or quality.
Leadership & Growth
- Work directly with company leadership to help build our electrical division.
- Mentor apprentices and junior electricians as the division grows.
- Help improve field processes, quality standards, and efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

QualificationsRequired
- Valid Ontario 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician Certificate of Qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of residential and commercial electrical experience.
- Experience with new construction, renovations, additions, service upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.
- Thorough knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.
- Experience coordinating and successfully completing ESA inspections.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence with reliable transportation.
Strong Assets
Experience with one or more of the following:
- 442A Industrial Electrician Certificate of Qualification
- Custom homes
- Luxury residential construction
