Plus qu’un simple café, Le Grab veut réinventer le “grab. go. repeat.” avec un espace lumineux, chaleureux, rapide et moderne pensé pour les gens en mouvement.
Entre cafés de qualité, matchas nouvelle génération, bagels au cream cheese, buns déjeuner et produits prêts à emporter, nous créons une expérience rapide mais soignée, dans un environnement neuf et dynamique.
Nous recherchons des personnes motivées, polyvalentes et souriantes qui veulent participer au lancement d’un projet ambitieux et innovant.
Ce que tu feras :
- Accueillir les clients avec énergie et professionnalisme
- Préparer cafés, matchas et autres boissons
- Utiliser la machine à espresso
- Gérer la caisse et les transactions
- Participer à la production alimentaire légère
- Remplir et organiser les produits en magasin
- Maintenir un environnement propre, rapide et efficace
- Participer à l’ouverture ou à la fermeture du café
Profil recherché :
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en restauration rapide, café ou service alimentaire
- À l’aise dans un environnement rapide et dynamique
- Capacité à être polyvalent(e)
- Excellent sens du service client
- Motivation, autonomie et esprit d’équipe
- Intérêt pour les nouveaux concepts food & beverage
Horaires recherchés :
- Shift matin : 6h00 à 13h00
- Shift soir : 13h00 à 19h00

Le Grab is a brand-new café concept located inside Lionel-Groulx Metro Station, one of Montreal’s busiest transit hubs.

From quality coffee and next-generation matcha drinks to breakfast buns, bagels with cream cheese and grab-and-go products, we offer a fast but elevated experience in a fresh and dynamic environment.
We are looking for motivated, versatile and customer-focused team members who want to be part of an exciting new project from the beginning.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with energy and professionalism
- Prepare coffees, matchas and other beverages
- Operate the espresso machine
- Handle cash register and transactions
- Assist with light food preparation
- Restock and organize products throughout the store
- Maintain a clean, fast-paced and efficient environment
- Participate in opening or closing duties
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fast food, cafés or food service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and versatility skills
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Motivated, reliable and team-oriented personality
- Interest in modern food & beverage concepts
Available shifts:
- Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Afternoon/closing shift: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
