- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the worksite by removing debris and hazards
- Help with loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely deliveries and shipments
- Follow safety protocols at all times to promote a secure work environment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and goals
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labour is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices is advantageous
- Reliable transportation or proximity to the worksite is preferred
