Position Summary
Factory Outlet Trailers (FOT) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales & Data Entry Coordinator to support our growing operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate customer and marketing data across our CRM and business systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with data, and understands the importance of accuracy in supporting sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Customer Data Management
- Enter and maintain customer records in the CRM.
- Ensure all leads, opportunities, and customer information are accurate and up to date.
- Review records regularly to identify and correct errors, duplicates, and missing information.
- Assist with lead assignment and routing processes.
Sales Support
- Enter and update customer information.
- Support branch teams with administrative and data-related tasks.
- Track sales activities and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Assist with reporting and sales performance tracking.
Marketing Data Support
- Maintain lead databases for marketing campaigns.
- Support customer segmentation and database cleanup initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data management best practices.
Reporting & Administration
- Monitor data quality and recommend process improvements.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience in sales support, administration, or data entry.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Experience working in a retail, dealership, or equipment sales environment.
