We welcome students from programs such as:
- Social Service Worker (SSW)
- Community & Social Services / Community Programs
- Food & Nutrition / Food Handling & Safety
- Culinary Arts & Cooking Programs
- Personal Support Worker (PSW)
- Environmental or Urban Agriculture Programs (for our community garden )
What you’ll gain:
- Hands-on community experience
- Food bank operations & client support
- Meal prep & food handling experience
- Community garden involvement (planting, harvesting, sustainability)
- Volunteer hours toward graduation requirements
Requirements:
- Documentation from your school or relevant institution confirming placement or required hours
- Any reporting forms needed for tracking and validating your experience
- Commitment to scheduled hours
