Next Brick is a growing precast concrete manufacturer seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team.
This position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to develop skills in a manufacturing environment with potential for advancement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build long-term skills in industrial automation, equipment operation, and manufacturing technology.
No previous brick industry experience is required.
We are willing to train the right candidate.
Successful candidates who complete the training period will become an important part of our production and equipment team.
What You Will Learn

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor concrete paver/block production equipment
- Set up and adjust machines to meet production requirements
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
