About The Role
Agincourt Insurance is seeking a dynamic client focused Account Manager to join our Personal Insurance Group Team in our Ajax office. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to build their insurance career and manage a book of business supported by a great leadership team and work culture. This role reports directly into the President of the company.
What You’ll Do
- Manage all aspects of an existing book of business
- Service, Quote and Sell Home and Auto insurance policies based on clients’ needs
- Provide an exceptional client experience
- Underwrite new and existing business for pricing and risk analysis
- Work with a great team of insurance brokers and leaders, supported by coaching and mentoring
- Provide insight to drive the company forward as a member of the Personal Insurance team
Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success
- RIBO license required
- Client experience focus
- Sales or Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Insurance Industry designations such as CAIB, CIP an asset
