This isn't just a driving job. You are a technical expert and a brand ambassador. You will be responsible for navigating a DZ-class vehicle through the GTA, handling high-end machinery, and performing precision assembly in our clients’ homes and commercial gyms. PRECISION DELIVERY & LOGISTICS
- Safely operate a DZ-class vehicle with air brake endorsement to transport equipment
across the GTA and beyond.
- Manage daily routes and schedules to ensure high "On-Time" delivery rates.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of heavy equipment using proper techniques and
safety gear.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections (Pre-trips) and maintain a clean, compliant logbook.
TECHNICAL ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
- Provide professional on-site assembly of complex strength and cardio equipment.
- Interpret technical manuals and diagrams to ensure 100% safety and functionality.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of electronic consoles and mechanical cable systems.
- Educate customers on the basic operation and maintenance of their new equipment.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & OPERATIONS
- Act as the face of Fitness Avenue, providing professional and courteous service on every
site visit.
- Manage digital or paper delivery records, obtain signatures, and securely collect
payments when required.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to streamline loading procedures and inventory
accuracy.

Requirements
MUST HAVE
- Valid DZ License with air brake endorsement and a clean commercial abstract.
- 3+ years of Professional Driving experience (Commercial/Delivery).
- Hands-on Assembly Experience: Proven ability to build complex mechanical products
(furniture, machinery, or fitness gear).
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment weighing over 70 lbs
consistently.
- Communication Skills: Strong English fluency to interact with customers and team
members.
NICE TO HAVE
- Fitness Equipment Expertise: Prior experience specifically with brands like Matrix,
Nautilus, or similar strength/cardio lines.
- Technical Education: College-level training in a mechanical or technical field.
- Forklift Certification: Experience in a warehouse environment.
