Sewer Flushing / Hydrovac Operator – Class 3 with Q Endorsement
Location: Morinville, AB (serving clients across Alberta)

Term: Full Time | Year-Round | Mostly Local Work (Home most nights)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable Sewer Flushing / Hydro Vac Operator to join our growing team. We offer stable, year-round municipal and industrial work — without long rotations or camp-life, typical of oilfield operations.

Who We Are Looking For
- Valid Class 3 with Air Brakes (Q Endorsement) who can provide a clean Driver’s Abstract
- Experience with operating Sewer Flusher Combination trucks and/or Hydrovac trucks
- (Entry-level candidates will be considered, however candidate must have Class 3 with Air Brakes)
- Ability to work 40-50 hours per week, with potential for overtime
- CSTS 2020 Course, First Aid Certified (H2S, Confined Space, Ground Disturbance II – considered strong assets)
- A strong commitment to safety, quality work, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with urgency when required
- Proven mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills
- Tech-savvy — comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and work-related apps for reporting and daily tasks
Responsibilities
- Operate Combo flushing truck and/or Hydrovac
- Sewer main cleaning, hydrovac for utility repairs, daylighting
- Complete pre-trip inspections & routine maintenance
- Work safely on municipal & industrial job sites
- Maintain professional communication with Administration, clients, and crews
- Complete daily safety and operational electronic documentation
