Managing food production for events and meal programs both off-site and in the production kitchen. Events range from 20-200 pax on average.
Managing cooks for production and event service. Maintaining a hygienic and safety work environment.
Proper management/maintenance of food inventory and kitchen equipment is essential.
Communicating effectively with staff, management on an ongoing daily basis.
Ordering, receiving and proper storage products.
Must have senior cook/chef experience (i.e supervisory experience)
Must have a broad knowledge of ingredients, cuisines and culinary techniques.
Must be confident in abilities and able to think your feet.
Must be comfortable and effective communicating with clients/event managers on site.
Must be available weekends and evenings as well as days.
Must hold a valid drivers licence and clean driving record.

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
