Job Opportunity: Part-Time Merchandiser
Location: Prince Albert, SK
Position Status: Part-Time, Permanent
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to the Management team of PBD, the Merchandiser is primarily responsible for keeping beverage sections, coolers, end caps, racks and displays filled with Coca Cola product. This position includes working weekends, nights, evenings and early mornings. Over-time may be needed on short notice.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays and coolers;
- Build, change or remove product displays
- Manually lift and move product to restock and repack, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation;
- Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards
- Responsible for meeting productivity requirements;
- Stage completed pallets in the designated area
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver's abstract
- Basic handwriting and math skills
· Must be able to repetitively lift up to 60lbs
· Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be customer service orientated
- The ability to work with minimal supervision
- Prior experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing, or related field preferred
- Evening and weekend availability, if needed
