We are seeking a motivated and professional Account Manager to join our team and help support continued business growth across Ontario and surrounding markets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has experience managing accounts within manufacturing, production, logistics, industrial, or B2B service industries.
Position Summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, coordinating customer needs with internal production teams, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable working with both existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account support
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand business relationships
- Coordinate with production, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely project completion
- Prepare client proposals, quotations, reports, and presentations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
- Develop and maintain accurate account records and CRM updates
- Support business development initiatives and generate new leads
- Conduct client meetings virtually and in person as required
- Meet performance goals related to client retention and account growth
- Maintain a strong understanding of company services and production capabilities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Account Management, Client Relations, Sales, or Business Development
- Experience in manufacturing, production, industrial, logistics, or related industries is considered an asset
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license is considered an asset

Pay: $68,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
