We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized residential environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented. Organize and declutter areas as required to maintain an orderly environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Cook simple meals when requested by clients, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition, reporting any issues as necessary. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work independently while also being a cooperative team member when needed.
