When people hear the faint sound of ringing bells in the distance that are slowly coming closer on a hot summer day, they know exactly what it is. The Dickie Dee Ice Cream Bike of course! We are on a mission to bring the joy and excitement of Dickie Dee Ice Cream back with our custom built Soft Serve Dickie Dee Ice Cream Bike and our Classic retro Dickie Dee Ice Cream Bikes. We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking summer salespeople to make this a reality at the Outlet Mall!
Responsibilities for Retail Shifts:
- Operate an ice cream bike during scheduled hours at the Outlet Mall
- Replenish inventory to as needed to maintain a full selection in the bike
- Use the debit and credit machine to process transactions
- Promote products through positive social interactions with passerby
- Maintain a clean and professional display throughout your shift
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Interest or Passion for sales
- Responsible, ambitious and hardworking
- Preferred availability for all weekends and holidays
- Preferred 1 year customer service experience
- Access to a smart phone with a reliable call and data connection (required for processing mobile debit and credit card transactions)
- Willing to work special events as well in addition to the Outlet Mall shifts as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $21.00 per hour
