Job Title:
Café Attendant
Primary Purpose of Job:
Provide our customers with the best product we can offer and deliver a high level of customer service and facility hygiene.
Reports to:
Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a manner that is welcoming and enthusiastic.
- Be knowledgeable about menu items and offer customers information tohelpthem make informed decisions.
- Practice care to ensure accuracy in all aspects of each customer's order, including communicating it with other stations, preparing and distributing it to the customer and taking payment and making change.
- Replenish stock as required; ensure stock is handled with care.
- Complete cleaning tasks as required; ensure that smallwares and equipment are handled with care.
- Review, check and record all deliveries received. Highlight any anomalies.
- Contribute positively to the team by offeringassistance to others.
- Liaising with all store personnel and customers to ensure the above tasks are completed effectively.
- Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager/Shift Supervisors/Associates as required and handle other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions:
- This position works at a retail store location, working directly with the public.
- This position will require standing for long periods of time.
- This position will require lifting boxes and merchandise.
- This position will require weekends and holidays.
- This position will require handling and preparation of food containing animal-based products.

Pay: $17.20-$17.90 per hour
