As our customer base continues to grow, we're looking for an organized, customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our Service Department.

About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you'll work alongside our Service Team to help coordinate customer service requests, schedule technicians, and ensure service appointments are completed efficiently.
You'll communicate directly with customers, technicians, and internal departments to help keep our service operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced role where strong organization, communication, and teamwork are essential.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer service inquiries by phone and email
- Schedule service appointments for our field technicians
- Coordinate technician schedules and daily service routes
- Communicate appointment details and updates with customers
- Work closely with technicians to ensure service calls are completed efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and service files within our CRM
- Assist with ordering service parts and coordinating material availability
- Follow up with customers regarding completed service appointments
- Collaborate with the Service Team to resolve customer concerns
- Work closely with our Installation, Production, and Sales departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or service coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Experience coordinating field service technicians is considered an asset
- Experience in construction, home improvement, manufacturing, HVAC, or a related industry is considered an asset
