Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for understanding their vehicle concerns, coordinating repairs with technicians, preparing estimates, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended services in a clear and honest manner.
- Communicate repair progress, costs, and timelines with customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and timely repairs.
- Review completed work orders and invoices with customers.
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office.
- Assist with warranty claims and service records when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, customer service representative, or in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance is an asset.
- Comfortable using computer systems and service management software.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
