Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical diagnoses
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and coordination through therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercises
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and incorporate evidence-based techniques into patient care
Experience
- Prior hospital experience is highly desirable, especially in acute care settings
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Strong background in patient care with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery processes
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice is essential
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Excellent communication skills to educate and motivate patients of all ages
