Overview
We are seeking experienced and reliable Subcontractors to join our team for various construction, restoration, and renovation projects. Duties
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform construction, renovation, and restoration tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project plans accurately
- Install flooring, tile, bathtub, sink, vanity, and other finishing materials with precision
- Apply caulking and painting techniques for finishing touches on various surfaces
- Demolition or removal of existing structures as needed
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with managers to meet deadlines and specifications
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction-related fields such as demolition, painting, flooring installation, or tile laying
- Have your own tools and Proficiency with hand tools and construction equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams effectively
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Prior experience in restoration or construction painting is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
